At Hew Diamonds, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if the product has not yet been shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact our support team with your Order ID.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • It must be returned in original packaging
  • The invoice or order confirmation must be included
  • All certificates (diamond certificate if applicable) must be returned

Jewellery must be in its original condition for returns to be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or engraved jewellery
  • Personalized rings
  • Resized rings
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Special or clearance sale items

Customized jewellery pieces are typically excluded from return rights once produced.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the product
  3. We will arrange replacement or refund
